Returns & Refunds Policy

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful.

Changed your mind?

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Standard designs:

If you ordered a standard design from our shop, you can return it for a full refund including the original standard delivery cost.

Personalised items:

Items made to your specific instructions (such as adding your own name or personal photo) are exempt from this right and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original condition at your own expense. Please contact us at walkingwithpics@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt to start the process.

Damaged, defective or misprinted items

If your order arrives damaged or there's a manufacturing error, contact us within 30 days of receipt. We'll arrange a free reprint or refund — you don't need to return the item. Please include a clear photo of the issue and your order number.

Lost parcels

If your order hasn't arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll investigate.

Welcome to Walking With Pics (walkingwithpics.co.uk), owned and operated by Mark Weekes. By using this website you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, text, graphics, illustrations, logos and design, is the property of Mark Weekes / Walking With Pics and is protected under UK and international copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution or use of any content is strictly prohibited and will be pursued accordingly.

2. Intellectual Property & Image Use

All photographs on this website are the original work of Mark Weekes and remain his intellectual property at all times. No images may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, shared or used in any form without prior written permission. Any unauthorised use will be considered a breach of copyright and may result in legal action and a claim for damages.

3. Image Licensing

Images may be available for licensing on an individual, non-exclusive basis. The copyright of all images remains with Mark Weekes at all times. Licensing enquiries should be directed to walkingwithpics@gmail.com. Any agreed licence will specify permitted usage, duration, media and territory. Images may not be sub-licensed, resold or transferred to third parties. All images must be credited ©WalkingWithPics. Failure to provide a credit may incur an additional charge of 20% of the original licence fee. The licensee is responsible for obtaining any third party permissions required for use, including model or property releases where applicable.

4. Store Terms

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand by Printful. By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. A contract between you and Walking With Pics is formed only upon dispatch of your order, not at the point of payment. This protects both parties in the event of a pricing error or stock issue. Prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Each item is made specifically to order and typically dispatched within 3-5 working days, though fulfilment times may occasionally be longer due to production and supplier demand. Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated at 2-5 working days for UK orders and 5-10 working days for US orders. Total estimated delivery from order to arrival is therefore 4-10 working days for the UK and 7-14 working days for the United States. Walking With Pics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details of your rights.

5. Disclaimers

Walking With Pics makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all content on this website but makes no warranties as to its completeness or reliability. The site is provided on an as-is basis. We reserve the right to amend, update or remove content at any time without notice.

Printful — our printing and fulfilment partner

We keep order data for 6 years following a purchase to comply with UK tax and legal record-keeping requirements.
