Krakow - Poland

One of Europe's most underrated cities, Krakow wears its history openly — from the Jewish Quarter of Kazimierz with its memorials and murals, to the medieval grandeur of Wawel Castle rising above the Vistula. These sixteen black and white photographs were taken on foot across the city, through cobbled backstreets, open squares and centuries of layered history, ending where the days began — in the Main Market Square, this time after dark.
