Returns & Faults

I want you to be happy with your gear. If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact walkingwithpics@gmail.com within 30 days so I can put it right.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, caps and headwear cannot be returned or exchanged once removed from their packaging, unless faulty. Please check sizing carefully before ordering.
